MUST-HAVE items you need to get through your cruise to the Bahamas

The weather in the Bahamas was very humid so I knew I wanted to bring a bag with me that'll keep all my belongings dry on and off the boat. This Waterproof Fanny Pack help the essentials I needed when I was walking around the cruise ship and when I was laying beside on a beach is Nassau.

I've used these cases with my phone, ID, chapstick and hotel room key inside of them. You're limited on what you can bring but I didn't need to bring a lot.
Bug Spray
One of my girlfriends that came on the cruise to the Bahamas got bitten by a few bugs and she didn't have any bug spray. I had this Bug Spray handy from a few trips I took prior and it came in handy. Thank goodness no bugs came back for her for the rest of the trip!

We love to feel the sand in our toes as the waves of the water touches our feet but during our excursions, I knew water shoes would help out a lot. Sunscreen
I look younger than I am because of sunscreen. My mom couldn't stress that enough when I was growing up. I didn't understand it at first but thank goodness she knocked some sense into me or else I wouldn't have this glowy skin. My current favorite sunscreen spray is Sun Bum Body Spray Sunscreen
Holding Fan
There are a ton of portable fans you can purchase on Amazon right now. I prefer the holding fan, yeah it is more "old school" but you don't have to charge anything. Just don't forget it when you're heading out into a day under the sun
Sunglasses/Eyeglasses Strap Holder
With all the excursions we had planned for this cruise, I wanted to purchase a new pair of sunglasses and I knew with all the drinking and excursions, they could somehow lose my new sunglasses I just bought. I purchased these Sunglasses/Eyeglasses Holder Strap and I didn't have to worry about my sunglasses falling off, only falling onto my chest.
