The roar of the aircraft engines is constant, and blocking that out helps you rest, read, or listen to your entertainment in peace.
Portable Power Bank / External Battery
- Your phone will be your lifeline: navigation, translation, camera, local transit apps.
- You don’t always have access to outlets in planes, trains, or small guesthouses.
- A reliable power bank ensures you stay charged through long layovers or transit days.
Travel Pillow Set
On a 10+ hour flight, sleeping upright is hard. A good neck pillow (or full set with eye mask) helps support and reduce stiffness.
Useful for naps in airport lounges, sleeper trains, or waiting rooms.
Travel Hoodie
A soft, slightly weighted hoodie can be soothing — much like a light blanket or compression — reducing anxiety and helping your body relax, especially on long-haul flights like those to Japan (often 10–14 hours from the U.S.).
The Comfrt hoodie I wore was a gift but you can get something similar here. All their merchandise are soft, comfortable and versatile.
OLLY Sleep Gummy
I usually take half of a gummy and knocks me right out. I can still manage to wake up for our mid-flight bite but if I'm taking a whole gummy, I'll see ya when I land.
Knock out real good here.
Luckily, my phone and headphones use the same charger (type C) and all I needed was a short cord to get everything charged and less things in my way.
This one is a foot and a half long but if you can find one shorter (I used a small cord I found in all the cords box I have - type C to type A)
